Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. Prices do not include freight, duties, or applicable taxes unless expressly stated.

Orders are confirmed on written acceptance. Because packaging is often produced or imported to order, cancellation terms depend on whether the goods have been committed with the manufacturer or decorator, and decorated or custom items are not returnable once production has begun.

Stock items are inspected on receipt and packed to withstand normal transit. Claims for shortage or damage must be raised within a reasonable period of delivery so that we can take them up with the carrier. Containers are supplied for their intended use; the customer is responsible for confirming that a package is suitable for their specific product and process.
